Mental 3 would be the third entry in Nolimit City's psychiatric-horror series, the studio's most notorious line and the one that draws the most complaints about taste. It is also the least substantiated release on this calendar: Nolimit has no live game page for it, and Bigwinboard lists the date only as February 2026 marked to be confirmed, noting the game has not been reviewed and remains in development.
Mental 2 set a high bar in March 2025 with 96.06% RTP, a 99,999x ceiling and a hit frequency around 1 in 249, running a 3-2-3-2-3 grid with at least 108 ways. It stacked nearly Nolimit's entire mechanic library — Fire Frames and Fire Reels splitting symbols, xWays, xSplit, xNudge, xHole, an xMental bonus spin and xGod for an instant max win — on top of a Dead Patients multiplier system. Reviewers called its volatility relentlessly punishing, with long dry spells, which is precisely why the series has its following.
Everything about the third game is unconfirmed, including the release date. Figures circulating on affiliate sites — a 150,000x ceiling, a new Fire Grid system — are described by those sources themselves as rumoured, and no studio announcement supports them.
